Facility and Security

When you first visit our large red brick facility, the first thing you may notice is there is no way to “walk in.”  Contacting us through our intercom allows us to open the parking lot security gate.  Another intercom at the front door, ‘buzzes’ you into the facility.  Starting your escorted tour through the facility, take a moment to look up to see that even the roof is made of concrete; nothing could safer.  If a smile crosses your face, good, because by now you have been digitally photographed, and stored, on no less than 5 cameras.

Tour the large ambient-temperature box storage areas, compartmentalized for fire risk reduction per the newest regulations (the fire inspector loves our layout, including 100% sprinklers.)  Then walk into the 30,000 sf of climate controlled storage space.  Stop by the large backup tape vault designed for 4 hour fire performance.

Speaking of backup, we practice what we preach when we tell you that our critical inventory management database is backed up offsite.  Backup also extends to electrical generation to insure a power outage won’t prevent us from delivering your important files.
